How to return my order? | |
Instructions: Packaging If possible, please re-use your original shipping box and packing materials to carefully secure the items regardless of condition. In the package please include a copy of your invoice and a separate sheet stating the reasons for your return or exchange. Shipping For your protection, we suggest you ship your package via a traceable shipping method. Customers are responsible for the shipping and handling charges for their return package. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. *For US customers, please mark the package as Return Goods. Otherwise, any Duty or taxes that incur will be assumed by the customer. Please ship to: Mikasa Beauty Return Dept. 1989 Boundary Road Vancouver BC V5M 3Y7 Once your product is shipped, please send us an email at [email protected] including your name, order number, the reasons for your return or exchange and most importantly the tracking number for the package. Once the product has been received, we will reply to your email to confirm the return or exchange. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing. Please Note Returns and exchanges may result in either credits or charges to your original payment method. Your credit / debit card company may take up to 30 days to complete the transaction. All non-defective returns must be in new condition. All returns must be in their original packaging and include all original contents, including blank warranty cards, manuals and accessories. |
